Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During the holiday season (mid-November to December), processing may take a few extra days.
Delivery time
After processing, delivery takes:
- USA: 8–12 business days
- Canada: 9–12 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days

Shipping cost
- Standard: $4.99
- FREE on orders over $60 (that's any 2 games)
- Express: $19.99
All taxes and customs duties are included. You will never pay anything extra at delivery.
Christmas delivery
With Standard shipping, order by December 3. With Express, order by December 15.
Package Protection
For $1.99 you can add Package Protection at checkout. If your order is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we ship a replacement within 24 hours, no questions asked.
Tracking
You get an order confirmation right after payment, and a second email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Gifts
Just enter the recipient's address at checkout. The package does not include any prices.
Changing your address
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email hello@acedgames.com with your order number and the new address as soon as possible.
